I listened to Labor leader Bill Shorten tonight on ABC TV saying that he and Labor had learned the lessons of the past. If that were true, he would not have built his campaign on whoppers:
Big Lie No 1: PM Turnbull has explicitly ruled out privatising Medicare but that has not stopped Shorten from running a huge scare campaign saying that the Liberals will privatise it.
Big Lie No 2: PM Turnbull's first budget gave tax cuts to small business and Shorten has continually spruiked about the Liberal tax cuts for the "big end of town."
Dreadful politics, anyone with half a brain can work out how false the claims are from this shallow man Shorten. If Labor manages to win next week's election, it will be the most fraudulent win in history.
