Trying out a new camera, at a pre-MAS Forum dinner.
I became a little tired of lugging my Digital SLR camera around to MAS meetings, so I bought a small Olympus SZ-14 compact camera to slip in a pocket.
Chris snapped me with it, at the Spice of Life Indian Restaurant, with Tony.
I tested the reflective mode capabilities on Tony, ynoT, Chris & sirhC.
Lloyd - in his eleventh year on the MAS Management Committee - waits for his hot dish.
Then before the meeting, Chris shot a rabbit with his new Sony. Click to embiggen.
The Olympus is 'fit for purpose' and will always be in my pocket - but the photos seem to need a bit more post-image processing than the Canon 60D.
It's nice to be invited to have dinner with friends!
